Artists' Statement

John Storrow and Lisa Jeanne Graf have been creating imaginary seascape, and landscape pictures, since before they were married fifteen years ago. 

John's muse is the sea, and how the sea interacts with the land, while Lisa's muse is all growing things from moss to trees.

The exhibition "We meet by the shore" is a coming together of John and Lisa's autonomous visions, like Yin and Yang.
